Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • Offer valid on all Spotlight Studio Works packages booked between 1 July and 31 August 2026.

  • One complimentary Sold Reel is available per eligible property.

  • Properties must be sold unconditionally within 90 days of the promotion ending (by 29 November 2026) to qualify.

  • Claims must be submitted via the online claim form within 7 days of the unconditional sale date.

  • This promotion is available exclusively to the agent who booked the eligible Spotlight Studio Works package and is not transferable to another agent, agency, or third party.

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, credit, rebate, or complimentary service unless otherwise approved by Spotlight Studio.

  • The complimentary Sold Reel is only available for properties photographed and filmed by Spotlight Studio as part of the eligible Works package.

  • Spotlight Studio reserves the right to request sale details and supporting information required to create the Sold Reel.

  • The complimentary Sold Reel includes one standard round of revisions. Any additional revisions or changes requested after this may incur additional charges.

  • Creative direction, editing style, music selection, copywriting, and the final creative execution remain at the sole discretion of Spotlight Studio.

  • Delivery is within 5 business days of receiving a valid claim and all required information.

  • By submitting a claim, the agent confirms they have obtained all necessary permissions to provide the supplied information and authorise the creation and use of the Sold Reel.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Spotlight Studio may use the completed Sold Reel for its marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.

  • This promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or substituted for another product or service.

  • Spotlight Studio reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline any claim that does not meet these Terms & Conditions.

  • Spotlight Studio reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
